A Scarf for the Rodeo

Another one completed.

This piece was inspired by a visit to the the Houston Rodeo. Eventhough I went there only once, I figured it would work great on one of the chillier days.

This one is a super soft, warm and cozy, fringed and beaded scarf or stole. Beads attached are different shades of blue and turquoise. 10" wide and 72" long and expands when worn . This scarf is knitted from Patons Bohemian yarn.

This one was alot of fun to make.

Charcoal Crochet Scarf

Velvet crochet, with soft fringes and charcoal and bronze colored glass beads scattered infrequently and sown directly on the scarf. This scarf is more durable than the delicate knitted scarfs. I used a size 9 crochet hook and Lion Brand Chenille Thick & Quick.

Stormy Scarf with Beaded Fringes

The newest additions in my collection. Knitted from 4 skeins of Lion Brand Fancy Fur Stormy Sea, fringed and beaded with an assortment of glass and acrylic beads. This baby is thick!
